'Improve Your Well Being' Program
A series of 10-12 weekly individual sessions designed to help individuals improve their overall wellbeing and ability to function effectively in society and be as happy as they can be!

Who would the Program Benefit?

The Program is designed for individuals who are finding life a bit of a struggle in some way, effectively influencing their daily functioning in a negative way.

What does it Entail?

The Program will involve 10-12 weekly sessions.  The initial sessions will involve a thorough psychological assessment, including compiling a background of the individual and the presiding issues relevant for him or her.

This analysis will be fed back to the individual allowing themselves to understand why they think, behave and feel the way they do in their lives.  They should be able to define themselves better.

The individual will assist in developing an appropriate
intervention plan.  This is likely to include such issues as
how the person thinks about the world around them, and
feels and behaves accordingly; Who Am I ?; stress
management; improving self esteem; improving
communication skills; improving time management skills;
improving anger or conflict management … most importantly,
the Program will be designed specifically for the issues
relevant to the individual.

The effectiveness of the intervention will be monitored and constantly reviewed to ensure positive progress is being made.  At the end of the sessions, the individual should be able to move forward confidently in their lives more effectively, and ultimately be happier!
